Will be at WF @ Zachary. Wasnt there but I heard Denham touched Zachary up last week in a scrimmage.

I’ve heard South Plaquemines will be a contender…

Joseph Halm of Nola.com has a better opinion of the Owls than me… he picked us to win 7-5A in our first year in the new district.

Personally I think we’ll struggle to live up to what we did last year with all the players we lost and go like 5-5 or something, which would still probably put us in the state playoffs and give Coach Tucker his 100th career win. This district will be tougher than where we came from and there will be no easy Friday nights… then we added John Ehret, Ponchatoula, and Pearl River in nondistrict, they won’t be easy. Holy Cross is elite now, Lakeshore has an elite coach. The easiest game will probably be Booker T. Washington…
