LSU looks to end their woeful week 1 performances and end their four game season opener losing streak. Yes you read that right. LSU has not won a week 1 game since they beat Georgia State in Tiger Stadium 55-3 in 2019.

I am cautiously optimistic heading into this game Sunday night. USC only managed to post a 5-4 record in the PAC compared to LSU 6-2 effort in the SEC (losses to Alabama and Ole Miss). It is easy to take the they lost Caleb Williams route but the same argument can be made for LSU with Jayden Daniels. However I believe Nuss is better equipped to keep the offense rolling than Moss is to USC. My main reason for that...Offensive LIne. I genuinely think LSU is the better more talented team when they take the field Sunday night and I think we will bleed USC to death by many cuts behind our OL and rushing attack led by Kalen=b Jackson and Josh Williams with a sprinkle of Emory.
