I’m going. It’s gonna be hot as hell from what folks have told me about Columbia in September and their stadium

I’ll be there. My companies headquarters is there so I am in Columbia a few times a year. They have a decent little downtown with some good restaurants. It will be hot.

Not me even though I live in Charleston.. The Senior City Am Golf Chapionship is that weekend which I must play in. The football idiots scheduled the game for noon which is the worst possible time in many respects.

Having said that, if I can get the earliest tee time for Saturday, I may drive over for the 2nd half. .

Brinkley's Chop House in North Augusta, SC. Its about an hour from Columbia on the Savannah River its nice. Otherwise if you're wanting to stay near Columbia theres not really anything outside the campus I would recommend. Traffic is going to be bad because of all the new construction going on to the infrastructure.

I’ve been trying to get lowers in the LSU section from the ticket exchange but if that doesn’t happen I’ll grab some off of stubhub.
It’s not bad if a bunch of tiger fans buy in the same section.

I'm in this biotch. Staying in Charleston a night, then heading to Myrtle Beach.

C'mon man. Can't be worst than War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock. Besides, we haven't played there in 13 years. Things might have changed a little since you last went there.

We went in 2008 and it was a great trip. Good fans, enjoyed tailgating with them, stadium was loud with great fan support. We drove to Augusta Ga and spent the night then drove in the next morning. It is a long trip from LA but one that's well worth it. We left with great respect for the Gamecock fans. Excellent trip

Going staying at the Candlewood Suites on the loop. Going to Hall's Chophouse Friday Night for a steak. Will buy 400 club tickets probably next week around that LSU section 18, 19 to stay out the heat. Prices are starting to drop for the game as more hit the market.

Why did you roll with section 8?
Lsu band and crowd should be in section 16,17.

They have 2 more available in section 8 row 5 I could grab.
I was thinking section 18.

nonsense. My daughter goes to USCe. The stadium is very nice - very loud and energetic.

The town is fine. Small, but it's good.

The only downside is the stadium is off campus. Not far, but not walkable.
