He happened to be at home (Squire) during the mid-am. Riding around randomly like any other dude.

I can’t imagine the swamp arse walking the course today. It’s a humid 97 with no wind in my corn field two hours south of Memphis.

TPC Southwind looks like shite. Sand popping up everywhere in the grass.

So I'm catching up on The Golf Channel...

It's hot.... but they are making out like it's the hottest hot that it's ever been ever. Heck, it's been hotter here for the golf tournament in the past. But... here's a thought... and hear me out... if you think it's too hot... DON'T HOLD A GOLF TOURNAMENT IN MEMPHIS IN THE MIDDLE OF AUGUST. Move it back to May or a couple weeks before the US Open in June. Yes, that would mean it's not longer part of the "Fed Ex Championship", but that thing is stupid anyways.

It’s not that bad.

I pulled up to Galloway at 11am yesterday and played a solo round. I used the same glove the entire time. In Florida I have to rotate 3 and by the end of a round all 3 are drenched.

It’s hot today but not like it can be here.

Anybody ever play with a rain glove in extremely humid conditions? I was debating buying one today because I’m going through gloves like crazy in this humidity.

Like an hour and half. I’m on the east side of the delta. It’s more like 3 hours from the farm to Memphis. I live in Greenwood, so it’s like 2 hrs from my house to Memphis because I can get to I-55 pretty quick.

Really enjoy going to this tournament but it’s too hot this weekend. 18-19 I had weekend pass into the FedEx canopy/club on 18th green. Unfortunately I lost my connection into the area. Was pretty cool, all you could eat/drink plus gifts like personalized hats and yeti tumblers. Last year I went, Keopka won and came up into the area to talk to the fedex contingent. Was funny that, they said whomever won would come talk to us unless it was Louis Oosthuizen. He was sponsored by ups.

Nice.

My immediate family is from Shelby and lives in Donaldson Point in Gunnison. They’ve been farming there for ages.

What’s nice is that you can get by with 3 wood out there. Outside of 13 & 16, I’m not sure if he takes driver on any of the other holes on the back.
