I fricking love it.

Pure emotion, athletes competing purely for glory, for their nation, for their friends and family.

Giving it their all.

No draftkings sports gambling bullshite shoved down our throats 24/7.

Weird sports and us actually caring about them.

Until we meet again Velodrome.

See you in Milan in 2026 whores

These games were great. Paris was a great host city with epic venues. Plenty of memorable moments for America or otherwise. Nice rebound from the last two COVID-era games.

I am. It’s such a great 2 weeks.

The Winter Olympics is a fine apertivo but it’s not the same.

Just wish NBC still ran the credits at the end with a montage of the best moments.

Me too. For whatever reason, I watched this Olympics even more than past ones.

The same
The good news, I have a bunch of recorded events I didn't watch due to the time difference, so I still have that.

It is awesome. I watched every bit of it that I could watch. 4 years from now will be awesome and America will crush them by more. Winter coming in 2 as well.

Very interesting regarding Draftkings. I didn't even notice that they didn't mention betting once. Does the IOC have rules against discussing gambling on the broadcasts

I didn’t watch Tokyo mainly because of all the covid BS and I have never been able to get very into the winter games so I had forgotten how much I loved it. Sad it’s over too

I say the same thing about Presidential elections, but much more relieved with that fact.
