Haliburton not playing is crazy lol. They are really that dedicated to letting LeBron run the point. Almost guarantee if you put Hali out there with AD and Bam and 2 spot up shooters they would close this lead.

Booker out there is just stupid, doesn’t give you any defense and not a very good offensive player off ball. These lineups don’t make sense.

Terrible take. He’s been their best defensive player and plays his best off ball. He’s not a point guard even though he’s been forced to play it at times. He’s much better at the two…may be the best 2 guard in the league.

I mean.. he hit one 3 on a wide open look off an out of bounds play. He has played good on defense but he hasn’t made much happen on offense. He’s played hard on defense though, I will rescind some of the criticism.

Without Booker fighting through those screens, the US doesn't win. I have no idea what the US was doing on defense during the first three quarters.

Yea these teams always have that problem. When you have your five stars playing 3 qtrs and the US can roll out a fresh Anyhony Davis to bang on Jokic followed by Bam, that’s just not fair. So no matter how great he is, you just can’t sustain it.

Yeah Booker fought hard, I initially thought a big 2 way player like Tatum would be better suited in that role but for whatever reason he doesn’t play. Booker is a damn good player though. He was able to give his all on defense with Steph and Lebron handling the ball the whole time.
