I wouldn't call 30 catches 558 yards and 7TDs "woefully under involved" considering he had 2 1st rd draft picks in his position group.
He's been running with the 1s all spring practice and fall camp so yeah I'd say he'll be involved this season.

It literally comes down to if he can be more consistent catching. Dude has a skyhigh potential, just needs better hands on routine catches.
