We all have those movies that you can count on to give you chuckle no matter when it comes on.
Here's a few I can count on when I need a good laugh:
Airplane
Walk Hard: The Dewy Cox Story
Tropic Thunder
Lethal Weapon 1-3 (Yeah..It's an action film But Gibson/Glover delivers)
Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby
There are a lot more but this is a good start
Here's a few I can count on when I need a good laugh:

Holy Grail....the whole movie delivers but the first 20 min or so is just amazingly funny
Matter of fact... Thinking about it... The King Arthur and the peasants scene fits perfectly to the Dem party today
