Back to cussing Luke Jackson soon enough. frick this season.

That is a giant turd of a lineup, damn, with another turd pitching. I hope they make some more moves other than the 2021 nostalgia tour with the one pitcher who looked like arse in the postseason that year. At least Soler boosts their shitty OPS a bit. He will be the 2nd player in the lineup whose OPS is above league average.

I'm actually happy with it. I didn't want him to give up too much to bring in 2-3 guys when we have 7 that aren't hitting. With the good Lopez news and hopefully Fried being able to come back soon, we didn't need any starting pitching.

I wanted another INF but nobody who was traded today was anybody I wanted.

Soler makes sense outside of what is sure to be atrocious defense.

Weird that the Phillies have traded Soto and Seranthony to the Orioles. Is their bullpen that deep? Don't care to look it up their season stats, but I thought those dudes were good arms

They have the deepest bullpen in the bigs. Wild that they traded them to a team they very could be facing in the World Series though

Seranthony Dominguez and Gregory Soto have been slumping after good starts to the year. Meanwhile, Estevez has been impenetrable the last two months. And Banks a K machine this year, plus a Lefty specialist needed.

Phillies upgraded on the cheap, plus Hays gives them a bat to platoon with Marsh who can't hit Lefties..or start permanently. With Rojas and boom-bust Castellanos..Pache was one too many of lite BAs in the OF..disposable.

Only parted with a few mid level farm pieces, all of the top prospects intact.

Dombrowski deserves an A grade.

I thought ikf made some sense.

But we couldn't add any salary because of exceeding the next luxury tax tier and losing ten spots in the draft next year.

I don't know how qualifying offer draft picks are assigned, but if the Angels didn't get a first when Shohei rejected his qualifying offer, I highly doubt the Braves will get one for Fried.

I don't mind AA not going after a bunch of high priced rentals this year. It was definitely a seller's market, and the 2024 team has done absolutely nothing to show that they're worth mortgaging the future for.

There will be some interesting decisions this offseason.

Angels got a pick. Was after the second round. Likely what we would get. Since we are paying the luxury tax.

Elder is one of the biggest enigma's in recent Braves history and I simultaneously love him and hate him for it.

He's either really, really bad or really, really good. He never just has a meh outing.

Elder is a MLB level fourth starter. Impressive tonight vs a playoff team.

It’s nice to see but we all know that’s not who his come playoff time. He’s not a reliable starter to get a win.
