A teacher at an Oklahoma school posted something about hating how the shooter missed. The school district and school was unresponsive, so the state superintendent of Oklahoma revoked her license so she can't work in the state, loses pension, etc.
This is a guy that has been an excellent state level superintendent. If Trump appoints him, he will be the best at cutting the fat immediately, then closing the doors of the DOE.

It's a reference to that fact that constitutionally the Federal government shouldn't be involved in education. It's a state right.

As someone that works daily with the federal Department of Education, it has to be eliminated. It may be the worst federal department.
The FAFSA mess alone should have dozens fired. Its still not really fixed. 10k people working there and they shut down everything besides the FAFSA to fix it, so everything else is behind.
Shut it down. Go back to states controlling 100% of the education. I know that means that students in Oregon might get straight up porn in Kindergarten but t won't be a federal issue.

About time. All people espousing this vitriol need to face consequences. Only then will they learn to keep their destructive thought to themselves. Yeah, good for him; with school shootings and this type tension in the country, it show the teacher can’t read the room and project the maturity she needs to be around children
