He’s still looked awful multiple times during it but he’s had moments where he looks somewhat OK.

He just admitted on a global stage that we are enabling Ukraine with weapons to strike deep into Russia (even said Moscow). That is an unbelievable massive blunder to state that on a global stage. He just made the United States less safe. How do you think Russia takes that? Everyone knows that is going on, but you don’t say that in public as the president.

Nobody. But the implications are "just ok" enough not to yank him and strike him down, but bad enough not to inspire any support or alleviate any doubts.
