What a unique movie.
I’ve seen bits and pieces before and just watched it all together. It might be a movie better for watching it in 20 minute stunts because the joke load is just too high you might need a breather. Towards the end felt a little burnt out.
It’s basically a silent Looney Tunes movie with a real life main character and lots of bad forest animal costumes.
A lot of it is really stupid but at the same time it still ends up being endearing.
High praises from critics and audiences. 86% from audiences on RT and 7.8 on IMDB.
Won’t be for everyone definitely but still wanted to share as something unique

Looks fun, but was I the only one who opened this thread expecting something else?

The shitty public defense lawyer beaver was my favorite. Followed by Sherlock Holmes beaver and Watson beaver

It's available on Hoopla, for anyone who has that service from their local library.
I thought it was very clever and admirably unique. At almost 2 hours, it stretched the shtick a bit thin, though repetition is a crucial part of the plot and overall experience.

Yeah, that’s why I recommend maybe this is one to do through multiple sittings. There are natural breaks in the movie every 25 minutes or so

Just saw this on Prime, and it might be the greatest movie of this century.

Well, everyone knows...

reminds me of a planning meeting for a charity thing I am volunteering for to read to kids about animals at the zoo and the lady laying it out for us when on a bit about the woman with a cute beaver that everyone wanted to touch

Ok, I watched it earlier this week. I thought it was really original, especially if you see it through the perspective of a video game.
Highly recommend.

The amount of effort to make that movie is outstanding. It was made for $150,000 and while it’s not technically super intense, every single shot is some kind of effect
