I know there was a time where the home purple jerseys were more common, and it’s definitely an interesting look. Rarely see them wear it for SEC games anymore. Like, Alabama-LSU has had the exact same uniform combo for like 30 years

Anyone want to see more purple at home?

Purple are criminally underused.
We 100% should be wearing them against UCLA this year.

Most LSU people prefer white.

SEC/NCAA made is wear purple for many years in late 80s and 90s.

I like for the team to wear purple jersies and white pants/helmets for maybe 1-2 games (of the 12).

It was like that pre 1983, which is when the NCAA made it a rule for the home team to wear dark jerseys. It did get old wearing it for every home game. Maybe because it’s associated with ‘89-‘94. I remember for the 1983 Orange Bowl, it was a big deal LSU was wearing purple jerseys. Remember it being advertised for that game.

G/W/G is ideal.
W/P/W is next in line.
G/P/G is not bad at all.
W/W/W doesn't have matching accent purples and bothers me.

I hope we NEVER wear this again:

The amount of clashing between the stripes is nauseating.

I want to see more purple at home. But I was an 80’s kid.

Saw the earthquake game in purple.

It’s just me though.

I think it looks better.

We prefer white jerseys in any game. Doesn't matter where it is at.
