I like working holiday weeks because its slow
I prefer vacation on normal busy weeks
Also vacation destinations arent busy those weeks

This is a nightmare if you manage people. My only time off is when everyone else is also off.

Yes I'm not a soft man. Only holidays I take off are Christmas and Thanksgiving.
