These same people think it’s morally okay to force a vaccine mandate on people that don’t need it. frick them and frick overregulation

I know a guy who thinks this decision means no more clean air or water

There is little doubt that multiple government agencies have radically abused the power that the original Chevron decision allowed ….. and it’s wellpast time to correct that abuse.

Our country made it 200 years before Chevron deference.

Article is shite.
SCOTUS can ignore any case and pull together all the information it needs to make a decision.
Jack wagon writer acting like they are going to be making regular Federal agency policy or handing directives.
Agencies need to spend more time making sure regulations make sense and are clearly defined.

A conservative writes an article and quotes parts of the decision and picks it apart. A liberal writes an article and its a diatribe, with no citations at all to justify the conclusions presented. Which one do you consider to be an intelligent journalist that should be trusted?

It's not the job of the agency to set laws and regulations.
It's is past time for Congress to do their jobs, create a record, and stand by their record instead of passing the responsibility and value to others so they can keep their cushy high status and lucrative jobs.

The a holes in these regulatory agencies have been abusing their authority. Even that dip shite Roberts joined this one. Tells you all you need to know about how bad these scum bags needed to be checked.

Loper Bright transfers a simply astonishing amount of policymaking authority from federal agencies that collectively employ tens of thousands of people, to a judiciary that lacks the personnel to evaluate the overwhelming array of policy questions that will now be decided by the courts.
This is a major issue with the paradigm shift.
I don't support Chevron, but the courts are going to be overwhelmed with this stuff and all of their dockets will be irreparably delayed.
There is a misunderstanding in the echo chamber that Chevron takes away agency rulemaking authority, when it does no such thing.

When thee Senate is under the control of the Republicans ....Congress will take command again.
The government needs to change a multitude of things
Case in point .....Ban all hiring from Ivy League Schools.
Take the best talent from Universities across the country. Stop hiring idiots .....

The Supreme Court just made a massive power grab it will come to regret
The author is not wrong. SCOTUS pulled a huge amount of power away from the NGOs and put it back in Congress, where it belongs.
Dems are freaking out because they can’t use the bureaucracies to control us by carrying out things that wouldn’t pass in Congress.
I feel dumber for having read the article, but I give it a solid 8.5/10 melt.

They should be freaking out over this POS trying to deflect the murder of that 12 year old girl in Houston by two illegals by his absurd sister - brother rape argument. This is the same Joe Biden that poisoned the innocence of his daughter Ashley, when she was a teenager, by showering with her. This is the same Joe Biden who humiliated Ashley when he twisted the nipples on her friends breast. Joe Biden is a POS. It’s who he is.

And since chevron has gone down hill and is on the brink of failure.
Maybe a coincidence. Maybe part of overall structure

Isn't it only for ambiguities? It's not like a court is getting a lawsuit for every single thing.
I hope this prompts Congress to clear up statues.
Plus if the court makes a ruling then other agencies will know how to proceed. They won't refile 100 times for the same issue
