Last year I started running the wise eye mini cam with the 12v battery box. In January I lost two due to a flood. One of them I know for certain is ruined because it stayed submerged for a few days. The second one did not get submerged but I am still having issues with it. I called them today to ask if they would repair it if I sent it to them and they are sending me a brand new replacement camera! Everybody I spoke with was very helpful and I didn’t have to wait on hold for more than 15 seconds at any given time as they transferred me to the correct person.

Buying from a family owned Louisiana company instead of a big corporation is well worth paying a little more for this kind of service!

I may give them a shot after 15 cameras I’m currently running start shitting the bed. Seems like I keep hearing good things about them and Stealthcam customer service is shite. I also keep having issues with my tacatcams where I’ll get them running then they never take a pic after I leave the property. It’s starting to drive me nuts

I was running cameras at the end of the day last week (around 8:15PM) and had a quick technical issue.

WiseEye had someone available on their live chat and I was able to get it resolved in under 5 minutes while I was still out in the field. I was very impressed.

From now on I’m a WiseEye only. That type of service with their camera quality is fantastic.

By far the best customer service. I want to try one of the new cameras with live video while you are hunting. Would be cool to get a shot from the opposite angle.

I think one of their reps posts here. I will try them as well when I need another one.

I bought 4 of them last month, somewhat bummed that they released the DC2 right after i bought them. New one seems to be jammed packed with a lot of cool features.

Excellent cameras so far, ready to see how they perform this season tracking buck patterns throughout the winter and all that good stuff.

Same, I've got 15 Brownimg cell cameras. They've got some age on them. When they start crapping out I've decided to give them a try.

I met H.M. & his family at their home years ago when they were prototyping a "Species Specific" feeder system containing the camera that has become the genesis of the WiseEye brand/product line.

Truly a family owned and operated business that started in their garage!

The product and people behind it are best in class. If any of them read this - well done, guys!!!

How’s the app?

I’ve got at least 3 to 4 I may replace. Also do they work with the Tactacam or Stealthcam solar panels?

If you want I can share access to my app for you.

It’s robust with lots of data points.

If you want, send me an email and I’ll walk you through it.

I’m in need of a few new ones and going to start phasing out my moultries. Looks like they have a July 4 sale coming up so may be a great time to pick up a few.
