Diablo IV Beginner Tips

So, I wanted a dungeon crawler/action RPG and I've stayed away from D4 due to all of the negative stuff surrounding it. But, it was on sale so I finally bit the bullet. This is my first Diablo game, maybe even my first hack and slash action RPG. Any tips for newbs? Also, does this actually have a campaign/story & is it good?
Appreciate it!

D4 campaign is really good play it though the first time. You can find build guides and things like that on maxroll but experiment around with what you like too. They've really come a long way with this game since launch, getting in at a good time

Just play through the story, then when that's over start watching some youtube videos for leveling whatever class you selected. If you need some assistance I am on most evenings for an hour or 2. There is also a tigerdroppings guild.

Just mash buttons. Close your eyes, press your face against the keyboard, amd just roll it around while holding down the left mouse button and moving the mouse around in a circle.

I sent a friend request from Sockahhlay on Steam. I can invite you to the TD guild but there's not a lot of active players.

I played the campaign pretty slow, finished about a month ago. It was a good story, I love Diablo games and this one doesn't disappoint.
Since then, I've had a lot of fun making a new character in the new season grinding Helltides and gearing up. Once my character reached the same level as my campaign one, lvl 55ish, it is starting to feel like the character is kicking in.
Odd that it never felt like that during the campaign, but evidently there's much to do after the campaign to get to lvl 100. But maybe the season gear is stronger earlier too.

I’ve sinked way too much time into this, this season, after reading your post. Currently holding a 60 rogue, 85 sorc & barb, and a 100 necro. Druid is stuck at 11 bc they aren’t enjoyable.

Not sure how I can invite you. If you can find the guild and apply I can approve it.
