Hinds County, Ms traffic attorney recommendations

Got a speeding ticket in Hinds county about 6 weeks ago. I was just going to pay it and move on with life. I have a clean driving record and 1 ticket can't hurt me that much. But they decided to be dicks, so frick em. Ticket in Early May, with a July 2 appearance date. Couldn't get info on their website (does Ms even have the internet?) so I called and got the info. Today, I got a letter dated 5/31 that I needed to handle it by 5/29 and if I didn't send payment they'll do something. I'd rather give that money to a lawyer than that shithole.
Anyone know have a traffic attorney they've used before? Google has not been helpful.
ETA: quite breaking the law, trashy, etc. I know.

Bypassing Jackson through Utica. Figured it was safer not to drive through Jackson. Rather take the chance on the ticket than get shot.

I really don’t want to. I hate the idea of giving them money for this collect and serve attitude. I’d pay a lawyer double just to spite them at this point.

Whole lot of people killed between Crystal Springs and Vburg on 27 because of shite drivers. Even a friend. It’s one spot I won’t give any sympathy for driving award complaints.
ETA: Hinds cty =/= City of Jackson. And my baws there do better internet wise than I do in the Felicianas. Land prices and hunting used to be good, too, before S LA started buying it up and shooting the little deer.

I’d have just paid them and never gone back, but they had to send this dicky letter today. So frick em.

Is the time and extra money for a lawyer worth it for a ticket that you will more than likely have to pay anyway worth it? If so go for it, or just pay it and move on.
