For last night I made bacon wrapped asparagus, griddled potatoes and baked lemon pepper catfish.

Was feeling a little nostalgic drinking an ice cold Schlitz which was my dd's favorite when I was a kid.

I need to make the asparagus more often!

For tonight I made cream cheese and spinach stuffed chicken breast, green beans and a zucchini rice.

Oh, also threw some zucchini on the grill too.

I added a slice of provolone cheese to each chicken breast. These were done on the grill.

This was a really tasty meal!!!

Dessert is homemade chocolate chip cookies I made earlier this afternoon.

Mmmmm..........!!!!!!

Yeah, I didn't think about it at the time. The filling DID stay in the breasts. I was afraid it might come out during grilling but because I did it earlier in the day and put it back in the fridge to chill and solidify(which it was a bit runny from the spinach)it came out great. I removed the toothpicks which I used to hold it closed and added the slices of provolone which made it even better.
