I think you can go ahead and count Ruddell considering his locker was cleared out a couple weeks ago.

D1 Baseball has a transfer tracker (subscribers only) that Kendall Rogers heads up and it is updated daily with players entering the portal. Over 1,200 players in the portal right now and Mitchell, Roellig, and Bucknam are 3 of them.

Someone with the username ruddell in it went off on Project when he made a comment about Ruddell quitting on summer teams in the past and maybe it is a trend. I don't remember the exact thread but that is what I think they talking about.
Something about talking about a kid without knowing anything about the situation and stuff like that.

I suspect Jay isn't rolling the dice going into next year with guys who haven't done it yet. Mitchell probably wants a guaranteed spot and can get that elsewhere.

Side rant - I can easily get access to find the portal for football and basketball with rankings in many different places....for free
For baseball, the few places you can even find it paywall it. Kendall wants $180/yr or $20/mo for his D1 + SECextra subscription, that is insanity. They dont even have active forums. Just paying for transfer portal and articles for the most part.
