Looking for a lawyer for a wrongful termination case against a major company. Any recommendations?

Sorry you lost your job. This is a very difficult thing to pursue.

Why you get fired, baw?

I’ve always seen these cases be more trouble than they’re worth. Just move on and get a new gig. What are you hoping for? Your job back? That wouldn’t be awkward at all.

Do not use advertising to find a lawyer. Use word of mouth. If you know a member of the local bar ask him (or her) for a recommendation.

I understand that it hurts and is a punch to the gut, but manager your expectations. Consult with a couple of lawyers, if they say you don't have a strong case, let it go. Don't pay attorney fees for a case that is weak.

We at least know it wasn't from posting too much on the OT.

As another poster said, talk to an attorney friend (we all know one) and ask for a recommendation

I turn these away too often. You dont give any details, and you may have a legit case, but usually when someone contacts me they failed a drug screen or didn't show up for work.

Louisiana is an "at will" employment state, you can be fired for really any reason as long as it's not discriminatory.

If you had a employment contract that may change things. Good luck.

This is why I tell people not to make that OnlyFans site.
