We have always had a relatively peaceful transfer of power. Not because we are particularly high minded or moral -- because of a gentleman's agreement.

Leave and you're are safe and the next administration will leave you alone.

See, dictators don't become dictators because they want power -- not entirely -- they fear what will happen to them and the ones they love if they DON'T HAVE POWER.

We avoided that for our entire history until the current day. Clinton could have gone after Bush, Bush could have gone after Clinton, Obama could have gone after Bush, Trump could have gone after Obama.

They just didn't do it.

This Rubicon has been crossed, and we can't walk back over it. Trump isn't it. Biden isn't it. But a tyrant will rise. Maybe I'll be dead before it happens.

Based on the actions of his errand boy Merrick Garland, he is absolutely a tyrant.

That's because this board is full of low T phags that worship a presidential candidate. The founding fathers of this country would be ashamed.

A presidential candidate was convicted of 34 felonies for supposedly mis classifying a legal expense.

This is serious shite.

I don't really give a frick about who is president. If congress would do their fricking jobs instead of ceding their powers to the executive branch, who was president wouldn't really fricking matter.

I don't care about presidents. I care about precedents. And this one is a fricking bad one. And it worries me.

The left is totally fine with jailing political opponents. I have no doubt in my mind you would jail me if you could for supporting Trump. You don’t have any boundaries and the constitution is your toilet paper.

Stop projecting your hate for this country on me. It's not my fault Republicans have chosen a slimy POS as their candidate again.

Are you fricking kidding me?

Has nothing to do with people worshipping a president

It has everything to do that we are on the brink of a fricking nuclear war, we have 15 million fricking illegals overtaking cities, our fricking cities are rotting and it’s very expensive to live a decent fricking life under Joe Biden

So frick you with accusing people or worshipping people. You’re a fricking loser.

The one person who gives anyone hope of getting our fricked up country out of this situation, they stole the last election from us and they just convicted him of fake bullshite crimes that he did not commit.

Only FDR served more than two terms as President. It was accepted by all that held the office before him that two was enough. After, it was codified into the law of the land. But even FDR was elected by the people.

We have never had a tyrant in the national sense, but imagine an Obama or even a young man like George W Bush, faced with potential prosecution for actions taken during war -- they both have plenty -- will they leave willingly after what has happened to a former president? I hope they would. But I am less sure today than I was yesterday.

You're a little late to the scared party. You should've gotten scared 4 years ago when they blatantly stole an election in the middle of the night right in front of your face. Guess what? They're about to do it again.

What you don't understand is Bush, Hillary, and Obama are all pals. None of them were going after each other.
