I wish every red State would pass laws making it very difficult to remain in the State as an illegal…

The amount of migrants coming to Louisiana especially New Orleans the last year is insane at least a 20-30% increase

It won't take them long. This bill is like SB 4 that Texas passed in 2023 that is currently in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

How do you brainiacs seek to enforce this. What processes? Can the police go up to anyone they want and check their immigration/ citizenship status.

State Police gonna hit up work sites and roust the workers?

Nobody can afford that kind of law. State jails barely get by. You see the stories and people complain daily.

Without multiple states working together and some agreement made between them, it’ll be a massive failure. And egg all over the jails and counties face. At no fault of their own.

They’ve had years to figure out how to get here and how to vote etc….. we have to come up with a better thought out plan.

But, maybe this is just step 1 and I can’t see what’s next.

Pretty easy to enforce actually.

Can’t speak English? GTFO. That might be too much to understand for your little lib brain.

I agree with you. That’s what I was trying to say though.

We can’t afford that. Literally. We cant afford them in “state housing” with 3 better than decent meals per day and a place to sleep.

Unless the states are going to take thousands of fights a day deporting them, which they can’t afford, they can’t have a law like that. Or enforce it at least.

I agree with you, but it’s not possible.

Edit for spelling
