Shortsighted IMO. Without MUSK TSLA will eventually be valued like F or GM.

I voted for it. Taking his overall wealth out of the equation, he bet on himself and delivered. Some wingnut judge voted it down. Also, Tesla is struggling as it adapts to others entering the marketplace, but they are still innovating, just not necessarily in the auto market.

Correlation does not equal causation. Tesla is firmly in control of the EV market……it’s not even close. Their recent “struggles” have pretty much nothing to do with other EV brands.
On another note if they can figure out scaling the monetization of FSD then all bets are off because the current FSD is a game changer.

Did you take out a short position or something?

I think you are a few zeros off here.

I voted yes to all the proposals. Elon is worth every penny of the proposed compensation. And Tesla needs to get out of Delaware.

FSD along with the Semi, Robotaxi ,Optimus, and Powerwall Tesla will be the AI company to own.

Post Covid adjustment IMO.
Lots of companies are going to have to do it and it could spark a market crash.

I vote no for every executive compensation vote that comes up on my stock holdings.

I voted yes, don’t poke the bear. He is the company

Him stripping AI to new org is disturbing

Selling cars is going to be low margin long term. If he wants outsized valuations it was the only path. Guessing Tesla will buy the self driving technology from his new AI company and someone else will take over the low margin car company

Looks like the vote went YES, expect a big jump today

I read speculation that he moved a H100 order to X, and Tesla will get H200’s.
I wonder if there will be a ripple effect regarding the second part of the vote (moving company incorporation from Delaware to Texas). Does Texas make a push to get more companies to move from DE?

Musk won. He gets the 2018 pay package.
He’s now talking about humanoid robots being built to purchase for @20,000.
Also,
They’re now shipping 1300 cyber trucks a week. Amazing since that thing is ugly af
