Good lawd, I forgot how bad the quick cuts and shaky cam can be throughout. Makes me car sick. I like the franchise, but I feel I’d like it more if it would calm down. Probs why John Wick was so refreshing when it came onto the scene.

I know it is it is old as hell but the technology in the Bourne Identity holds up terribly

Almost unwatchable however still one of my favorite movie series.

Jesus Christ it's Jason Bourne

It was one of the pioneers of the shaky cam during fights. For the time, it got you so into it and was completely new for those type of movies

Love the Bournes

Identity had almost none.

Supremacy was like a fricking 2 hour earthquake (which is a shame, because it's probably the best one).

Ultimatum was in between.

I think the one with Renner is the best. May be a non popular opinion.

Those 100 things I learned from Bourne lists that used to be on IMDb before that got rid of 'em were hilarious

What are the odds both Damon and Renner end up in the new one? They confirmed a 6th movie….

Do those guys like each other?

I don't think it's the best, but I thought it was a very good movie and worthy entry in the Bourne series.

Bourne movies were ALL awesome. Not many franchises can say that.

‘Jason Bourne’ was absolutely awful.

‘The Bourne Legacy’ was also extremely mediocre.

2nd best, IMO. If it's on, I won't change the channel.

this style of editing is used by directors who aren't good at filming action scenes. It's why we see so much of it all the time, because filming action and fight scenes is a very difficult task that most directors aren't skilled at. I find it incredibly annoying, but I am able to overlook it if the movie is good.

I appreciate the skilled directors though, because it makes fight scenes incredible when they are filmed and edited properly. Nolan shows both sides of this with the Batman franchise. In Batman Begins his fight scenes are highly edited to hide his deficiencies, but then in the next two films you see how he slows things down and films beautifully choreographed fights. He learned and grew as a director.

The Batman vs bane fightat the end amidst the melee is one of the worst fight scenes I’ve ever seen

I get people disliking the pacing and lack of Batman in the movie, but this might be the first time I've heard someone say that fight scene is one of the worst. I wholeheartedly disagree with this take; that scene was incredibly well choreographed and shot.

Ya know.. I always though Damon was a bit of a Streisand, but he's really killing it in this movie.
