They may be charged with unlawful entry or disturbing the peace.

Is a session of congress not an official act? I honestly don’t know. What acts are enumerated as “official acts?”

the doj has prosecuted over 1400 j6ers and promises 2k before the SOL runs out. How many of these protestors face fed charges? Zero.
