Oyster Glove Recs

Looking for recommendations on your go-to oyster shucking glove. I see them at academy and what-not for <$10. Is this something you get what you pay for or are the cheap ones just as solid as anything else?

Just trying to avoid stitches ha!

I usually just use a silicon bbq glove. If I bought a real one would probably get one of those chainmail ones

That’s what I have - not as bulky for when I shuck oysters once every 3 years.

Leather work gloves from Walmarks. Or you nearest Pilot/ Loves truck stop.
