Smashburgers.

Mine has cheddar cheese, onions (obviously), lettuce, tomato, pickles and yellow mustard on a toasted bun.

Potato salad for my side; dude is having Tater Tots.

Alright, Sam the Cooking Guy made a hot Italian Sandwich called The Godfather in one of his videos.
Here's my take on that. I used the same meats
Capocollo
Prosciutto
Soppressata
Provolone
Hot Pepper Spread
Bread
and cheese but on a softer and smaller bun. I used these seeded (large)hot dog buns that Costco sells. I love those buns!

I could only find a Hot Cherry Pepper Hoagie spread so I used that and also had Central Groceries Olive salad if anyone wanted to add that.

The sandwiches made and ready to go in the oven.

I had 2. One with a little extra cherry pepper spread and one with some olive salad.

These were REALLY good! Not cheap for sandwiches as we're talking about imported meats but definitely will be doing again soon.

The buns worked perfectly without being too bready and just the right amount of meats.

The favorite fish thread had me craving a fish fry. The seafood market had some nice bream on ice. First time I've seen them sold retail.

Growing up, I thought that was the only kind of fish there was. Fried some catfish for the ones afraid of bones. Grits and slaw on the side.
