We do the 9am at Pius and have always noticed the ushers are armed along with police/marshal at front entrance. Pius leadership has a plan and they don’t take it lightly.

If any of you have instagram, go to the_typical_liberal ... there's a video from the mass. You can see relative chaos ... Father Nick stood strong with Deacon John reciting the Hail Mary at the altar until they were seemingly told to get down. BUT they couldn't leave the host I assume as it was likely consecrated.
It's a video that I assume was taken from the live stream of the ceremony.
If anyone cares to watch it, it was posted today.

He had just begun the consecration. My understanding it was parishioners that turned the kid around and subdued him.

Bumping this thread. Was discussing this incident last night with some friends from Abbeville. Did anything ever come of this? Was the gunman ever charged?
