Let's see what happens between now and this exact time next year regarding that particular area.

But is Los Pollos Hermanos still in business?

Don’t think I saw one female in the group.

When I was at Ft. Huachuca, I overheard them on the radio (ICOMs) talking about us. They were observing us. I was later attacked on Ft. Huachuca by a drug mule. They are on the installation all the time. Huachuca Mountains go from Mexico into the US and the passes are used quite often.

Back in the pre record everything and cell phone era, US forces would hold “Training Exercises” in these areas both in the US and Mexico.. there would be some “unexpected encounters” with drug cartels..

As a nation-state, the USA has degraded to the point where it no longer possesses the national will and capability to defend its own borders. This means that it's a nation-state that is failing and slowly dying.
We no longer can use our power to vote to change the course and destiny of this failing nation-state. It will be up to the people who are currently in charge of things to decide whether to change course and how we should change course.
However, I am required and bound by duty to continue to vote and do community things that are the right things to do. I know that in 150 years, this place may no longer be called "USA" but, we can't give up.

I have hiked Mt Cristo de Ray several times. Always a little anxious when going around the blind switchbacks that I'd bump into some cartel guys.
First time I saw a guy with a long gun from a distance, almost shite my pants, ended up being a BP agent. He said he would hike to the top every shift to check for illegals.
I figured if I ever got hammered in Mexico and lost my passport that would be where I snuck back into the US. On the Mexican side is a barrio, the US side is a hiking trail.
Great views, the legendary Rosa's Cantina is just around the corner from the parking lot. Makes a great excursion if you are visiting El Paso when our border is secure.

Yeah, we are worried about borders in Ukraine and the plight of the Palestinian people... We cannot bother ourselves with an invasion and the CeeeeEyeeeeeAaaaaa supporting and running ops inside the US...

The old "we need a bigger budget" play.
Nice.
Nice.

How much would it cost to shell the hill for 30 minutes?
Posted on 5/10/24 at 12:46 pm to roadGator
Not enough. Gov needs new toys, and someone has to pay for them.

Well let's see. Set up on the nearest adjacent peak and pew pew pew their asses as they attack the US by invading from the south. Win win\.
