Wow, this is worse than I thought and should put to bed just about any hoping of getting any value in a trade from some of these guys. These contracts are atrocious. Extend, extend, extend - that's all you can do if you're trying to keep your job... we definitely need a vomit emoji in here.

That's been the MO since 2010, which is why I know this team won't whiff another post-season run until the entire house gets cleaned. The Saints haven't drafted well in 7 years, that's another reason why they have had to extend veteran players. This is the football equivalent of watching a cancer patient slowly turn into a skeleton before your eyes. That being said, I think this was a pretty good draft for the Saints but it's likely too little, too late.
