The article misses the fricking point then because the money is for St George and BR is currently stealing it.

A poor area stealing from a less poor area doesn’t make it right. Because frankly that poor area is poor BECAUSE the people there are too fricking lazy and shiftless to better themselves.

That is what it is all about. You are right but that will hurt Baton Rouge even more and will worsen the city even more in the near future.

And?

BR was given plenty of chances to fix things without it coming to this. And they not only refused but told StG to frick off and called them racists.

Hard to have any sympathy for politicians who fricked up that badly.

This is what I have been saying all along about forcing people to make the change and be educated and get a real job. The US will get a lot worse in the near future because no one will want to help fix the problems.
This isn't just a problem in Louisiana, it is happening all across the US.

Again, why don’t think St George should have been paying taxes to BR in the first place?

Why is it their resolution fund BR when they are not part of the city and the city provides them no services despite taking their money?

Show some balls and answer that

then BR should vote in better leaders who will clean it up and make it a more appealing city.

The power is in their hands. They should use it.

If they won't do it, they only have themselves to blame.

Sounds like some self reflection is needed by BR leaders. If the NAACP came out against it, yiu know it must be a good thing.

Baton Rouge had plenty of opportunity to avert this had its leaders operated in good faith. This didn't just spring up over night.
