New Orleans is not a great place for the NBA or basketball period. Football barely is.

We have like one home win in April. Jazz Fest/Zurich is gonna win out.

New Orleans is not a sports town. Like Portland they are good for one sport.

I’m tired of the Pels letting me down everytime I get invested. The franchise has treated the fanbase terribly the past couple years.
Combine that with It’s zurich classic and jazzfest this weekend. Nobody is picking the pelicans over those events.

The Pelicans have averaged 98% attendance this year. That's higher than OKC so Devin Newsom can shove it,

Well when you are down 2-0 and your star player is not able to play, it will make a difference.

Ok hear me out. What if we give them $500,000,000 of public money for a new arena. You can’t expect the team to compete or televise their games without a new arena.

Unfortunate scheduling tbh
Lakers are in an elimination game so their fans were pregaming for that all day.

having your star player averaging the same amount of points in the playoffs as the hot dog vendor on level 2, and getting skull fricked everygame, yeah, empty stadiums like this tend to happen....
bottom line is this team, without a healthy Zion, is not a playoff caliber team, much less vs. the #1 overall seed in the West.... why anyone thought we had a shot, at all, i absolutely cannot fathom

You are an idiot then. Saints fans are as crazy about football as Bama fans are.

They were sending cheap ticket offers through my kid’s school. Also offering reduced concessions. They must have been anticipating crappy attendance.

New Orleans is always one of the top 1-2 football rating cities

Devin Newsom seems like a douchebag
