How can I get this section to green up ? I've given the whole yard some Nitrogen fert.

There’s just no way outside of thinning or removing the tree.
Lawn is lookin’ good
Bermuda under tree = human breathing under water

It’s going to take time. Bermuda with shade from a tree will green up later. Once the tree gets big enough it will die.

Also, have you considered selling the riding mower for a reel mower? Your grass is in good enough shape for that.
