Better than an all out ban, but still makes no sense to regulate it differently than alcohol.

Beers aren't required to be a uniform ABV.

MS is the same as LA. You need a medical card

I can't speak for everyone, but I feel fortunate that the LA Legislature cares so much for its citizens that it will punish anyone ingesting any variety of this life threatening plant.

If anyone asks why they don't focus on actual crime, after looking into the stats, this emerged as the most pressing.
