At this point I’m convinced it’s not the managers making the lineup decisions. It’s Dana Brown or the like, because Espada is doing the exact same things that Dusty was doing.

is this a result of not having Maldonado behind the plate calling games?

I mean that shouldve been obvious all along.

The analytics guys make the lineup decisions in modern day MLB

I don’t think so. I think France pitched over his head last year and has regressed back to the mean.

Javier has pitched well

Framber was a mixed bag in his two starts but pitched well in his last one.

JV pitched well.

Brown wasn’t good last year with Maldonado on the roster.

Other two starters were mediocre Sugar Land players.

Front Office should be arrested for perpetrating a fraud, impersonating a baseball organization, and believing in fairy tales. Sad thing is they believe Urquidy and McCullers are coming back and have no intention of rectifying the disaster that is starting pitching.

Can't follow this team if Abreu or Singleton are on first every game. Wasting our time.

Don’t like TK and Blummer covering for this disaster. How long do you stick with Abreu? The guy is 2 for his last 38.

I’d love to see the analytics that support playing Abreu

First time for me returning to the thread this year. Couldn’t stand coming here with the shite show it has been.

Have the hitting coaches (Cintron/Snitker) been mentioned at all? The approaches have been awful and situational hitting doesn’t exist currently.

Just fricking hack at everything. That’s the approach. Never a quality AB. Maddening.
