Simple.
If a protest causes you to be late for work, miss a flight, etc, the protestors should be liable for damages.

20 days of roadside trash pickup per hr of disruption. Not to be served consecutively, max two days a week. Weekends available for people with jobs.
Failure to show three times means mandatory jail, and remaining days of roadside pickup still have to be completed after release.
That would put the breaks on that BS.

They need to start going after people like Adam McKay , RFK Sr's daughter and the other Democrat Socialist activist who organize and fund these protest.
