Thanks LB. They were very good.
Season, flour, into buttermilk and egg, flour again and fry. As much as I love them, I rarely cook them at home.

Told my family and my bartender that I was taking the day off and not cooking. Found some leftovers for myself. I’ve felt more popular…:(

I like livers but I can only eat like 2 before I'm done because they're so rich. My dude loves them so I just steal one of his when he orders them so I can get my fix, and my iron.

Grilled some salmon, chicken breast and bacon cheddar burgers on the Weber. My wife did homemade steak fries and a salad.
I didn't take any pics, but one of my finer recent grilling jobs per my 17 yr old and 3 of her neighborhood friends that come over almost every damn Sunday to eat

Mango habanero wings. Not really worth taking a pic. It’s a bunch of wings coated in sauce on a plate

How did you prep those tortillas? Griddled on that flat top with the fat? They look delicious.
Edit: while I'm bugging you... I think I can follow the steps you took but do you have any tips on how to make that dish?
Looks like the pork was smoked but not to full pulling temp - maybe 170?
Chunked and then braised - how long and what is the added liquid?
Looks like you seared the pork on the flat top before making the tacos.
