So the FISA warrants were as wrong as two men kissing?

The entire dossier was created by a political rival. The FBI knew it was both false and a hit job.

What part of FISA are you suggesting was used correctly against the Trump campaign?

Being found guilty is not the standard. Collusion is not a crime. It wasn’t before Bob and it isn’t after.

Try again. “I love it.”

what is the standard that justified lying to FISA judges in order to get the warrants?

you can't get past this part.

the foundation of the russia investigation was rotten at its core. that's why the entire thing collapsed under the slightest amount of scrutiny.

remember how a young 2016 version of boosie used to run around screaming, "muh Woods procedures!"?

I don’t know. I haven’t read the warrants. Neither have you. Onetime esteemed MAGA Patriot Trey Gowdy has and y’all didn’t like what he had to say about it

I love how they lie and say Section 702 only authorizes spying on foreigners. If that were the case, it wouldn't be controversial in the first place.

What 702 does is authorize the surveillance of American citizens without warrants. If it didn't, then Congress wouldn't put a provision in the statute stating that 702 cannot be used to spy on Congress.

There are plenty of other "sections" of FISA that allows for foreign surveillance, so the notion that we need 702 to "stop terrorism" or "fight China" is preposterous. They only want 702 so they can spy on their domestic political enemies. Simple as that.

The female FISA court judge caught Obama spying/unmasking in a 99 page letter no one really read. Adm. Rogers highlighted it...

Then Obama used the same spy technique but legally used let's say the UK. The UK would spy on citizens for Obama. Because the que didn't originate in the USA it was wa-la legal. Imagine that!

Then they would say.... We spied on Jack that spoke to someone in the UK about soccer in an ambassador role, who also called Jill, and then Jill called Susie who is Mary's sister who works for DJT Jr's HR department. So then oh my lookie here---- DJT Jr was spied on...

Or they used the same guy the Flynn dingalings still trust-Patrick Byrnes to send a Russian female double O KGB secret agent to Jr's office.

But the easiest way to not get accused of playing footsie with the Russians to influence an election is to not play footsie with the Russians to influence an election.

You mean like having your campaign hire someone to draft a disinformation memo to aid in the defamation of a political rival?

Read the Senate Joint Intelligence Committee REport on Russian Active Measures (I'm sure for the first time) and find out what you posted is full of shite, and get back to me.

Same guy.......SAME GUY was just in Russia praising Putin who does MUCH WORSE.
Goodness, what a fricking stooge!
How many US reporters have sought interviews with Putin?
ZERO!

How many US reporters have scurried to assess the effects of the war, the sanctions, and the effects of Putin's 'dictatorship' on the Russian people?
ZERO!

The question a non-stooge would ask is "Why?"

Why aren't US reporters begging the guy for gotcha interviews? Why aren't they angling for a 60-Minutes style piece with selective editing, and inserted post-interview fact-check derogatories?

They did that with Saddam.
They tried like hell to do it with Bin Laden.
Yet with Vlad Putin .... nothing.

There is an old saying, "know thine enemy." Yet, it's likely all you know about Putin is he's a "KGB thug" who wants to "take over the world" and his last name sounds like a fart.

I remember a couple of years ago, Bongino made a good point about one of the Flynn transcripts. There was no criminal warrant for it and no FISA warrant/unmasking. His point was it had to have come from another country.

boosiebadazz you seem to be okay with LE and the IC spying on your communications without a warrant because your friend’s friend talked to some illegal immigrant.

IDK why anyone can support this level of surveillance, but to each their own, I guess.
