Her death was 100% preventable. We can actually determine who comes in our country and decide if they stay or not. It’s a multi faceted approach, but it could be done if we had the will to.

Trump is senile. He spoke with the Diller family on Long Island after a funeral for the father, a police officer who was killed in the line of duty, and couldn't remember the family whom he met with.
