So.....they historically/traditionally spend more $ than any other team, to acquire 'talent' developed primarily at OTHER farm systems and major league teams....YET, they more often than not FAIL to win ANYTHING ! lol IF ever there were a sound reason to invoke the European 'relegation' system, the yankees,cubs and royals would be the poster 'kids' LOL
