Easy. This is college, so tie transfers to college credit.

Sign with a team out of HS? Must play with the team until you reach junior status (60 credit hours). Free transfer anywhere then if you want.

Graduate or have 120 hours? One more transfer allowed.

Six years to play four years (two redshirts). I’m negotiable on that one. Four in five years is good too.
