It's insane that Trevor Bauer is having a 3rd year (and probably close to the end of his prime) stolen from him and he did nothing wrong. A guy who made the best of it and decided to be a true ambassador of the game to Japan, learning the language, embracing the culture, doing everything right.
Meanwhile you've got Ohtani who doesn't even respect America enough to learn a few cursory phrases of English in the 6 years he's lived here literally wire a heckin bookie $4.5 million and nothing happens.
And I actually really like Ohtani and hope he doesn't miss any games. Just wanted to point out how hypocritical and unfair MLB is being (as usual).

Any team that wants to is free to sign Bauer tomorrow. He isn't banned by MLB

ohtani speaks english, it is just a ruse to avoid answerring questions from the press
