Haven't followed this like yall, but from the description in OP, sounds like dude's life is ruined over some incredibly bad luck. Punched the guy and he hits the ground and bashes his head?

I suspect they have video of the incident hence the arrest, but I still got to ask, "Is this the right guy?"
