Russian nuclear subs are not far from any number of US assets, and we have our own not far from theirs. It's a stalemate. The cuban missile crisis was scary, but it was a propaganda tool. Just more reason to pour money into the military industrial complex. That's what this news will be for us. More fear tactics to sway public opinion.
