This wasn't an arrest warrant.

They were serving a search warrant on the house.

Noted liberty champion SFP speaking up for the oft-maligned ATF. Thank you for your service.

They could have then "picked him up at work" or met him outside his house when he came home from work or was leaving for work.

These early morning raids on nonviolent citizens is excessive force. It is tyrannical and should be illegal.

The blood is on the ATFs hands, but I don't think they care.

May God help us.

So. . . They came heavily armed at 0600 just in case the house suddenly became agitated and violent?

Your earlier remark about serving the warrant a bit later in the morning made much better sense.

This smacks of a government planned assassination under the guise of attempting to peacefully serve a search warrant.

I know these cats pile on you and you also like to antagonize. But my point in this whole thing is the government should make some effort to avoid violence. If you are an executive at an airport it would be easy to arrest you at your job. Or if it is a search just watch him leave his house then search when he leaves.

I don’t believe it has anything to do with Clinton and all that. BUT as a former soldier who served overseas I know agents are like us, they like kicking arse. It’s part of the mentality. But you should do your job not indulge yourself.

Soooo, he didn’t have to be present at the house when they executed the warrant? So then why burst in at 6am?
