was more leaning towards the fact that we as a country lean more towards the punitive instead of rehabilitation. Especially when it comes to drug offenders
We don't incarcerate nearly enough people. Crimes are committed everyday by convicted felons roaming the streets. All they do is spread misery and havoc.

Agree. In every thread like this, some uninformed chucklehead talks about "drug offenders"
