Eating more Omega 6 fats(which is found in multiple seed oils) resulted in lower inflammation or left unchanged

20+ years of research shows that consuming unsaturated fat in place of saturated fat is linked to lower risk of heart attack and deaths from heart disease. Polyunsaturated fats have shown to be the best replacement which are your Omega's which are found highly in seed oils.

I bet you think aspartame is bad for you too huh

Nice source. Hint, research a little of the background of authors and then read what they’re publishing with a critical eye.

Take a look at this one, which describes some of the potential psychological effects that seed oils may cause. It’s something I tend to agree with considering how angry people get when you mention that they’re bad for you.
