The idea that all poor statistical outcomes for blacks can be explained by whitey’s racism.
It’s a movement rather than what we think of as a theory. And it’s designed to bring a Marxist revolution through standard Marxist theory. It’s probably closer to a religion than political theory.

It's populism applied to the left.
All our problems are due to institutional racism as perpetuated by the Deep State.
Pretty much the same as populism as applied to the right, with the main difference being that the supposed oppressed party is oppressed on the basis of race rather than class.
