There wasn’t a “functional guillotine inside the Capitol”.
At this point, between the CIA and FBI agents who were undercover potentially agitating things, along with Antifa and others, it’s hard to say who the good guys and bad guys were.
They’re still tracking down and arresting people, but they claim they can’t find the guy who placed “bombs” ( which miraculously look like FBI training tools)?
